The hotel of choice this year is the Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center.   This is the hotel that is located right next to the contest location.  If you’ve attended past Voodoo Jams, then you know how convenient this hotel is, and how it’s simply a few steps away from the contest.

Pull up www.hgi.com, then type in New Orleans and click on View Rates under the Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center property and type in your preferred dates and then scroll down to Special Accounts and type in VOODOO under the Group/Convention code section for the special group discounted rate of $79.00 single or double occupancy.

For those booking reservations by phone, you can call toll free at 1-877-782-9444 (1-877-StayHgi) and ask for the Flatland Voodoo Jam rate.  These rates are good for July 30th and 31st. Also August 1st.
